La digitalización del entorno laboral está transformando profundamente la forma en que se organiza, supervisa y evalúa el trabajo. La gestión algorítmica (algorithmic management) consiste en utilizar sistemas informáticos para automatizar, total o parcialmente, funciones tradicionalmente desempeñadas por supervisores o mandos intermedios, como la organización del trabajo, la asignación de tareas, la monitorización de la actividad o la evaluación del rendimiento.
