Resumen
La versatilidad y la mínima necesidad de equipamiento del HIFT lo hacen ideal para entornos laborales en los que puede implementarse sin interrupciones significativas en la rutina diaria. Por lo tanto, se concluye que, hasta la fecha, no se han realizado estudios para evaluar los efectos del HIFT sobre los marcadores de salud o la aptitud física en la población laboral administrativa, lo que representa una importante oportunidad para la investigación y la acción preventiva en este ámbito.
