Abstract

Understanding the relationship and influence of Dark Triad traits in the workplace allows for the study of organizational commitment, business leadership, and workplace bullying. It also demonstrates the potential for implementing ethical interventions with a high level of responsibility and well-being through organizational programs. Therefore, it is important for the research and academic community to continue systematically studying and discussing this phenomenon, with the goal of building healthy, equitable workplaces committed to holistic development.
