Abstract

The evidence presented supports the implementation of organizational policies that promote physical activity as an integral part of the work environment. By facilitating access to supervised exercise programs, encouraging active breaks, and promoting a healthy lifestyle, organizations can mitigate the adverse effects of presenteeism and contribute to a sustainable balance between work demands and employee health. This integrative approach not only benefits workers but also strengthens the sustainability and competitiveness of companies in an increasingly dynamic and demanding market.
