Resumen
Las evidencias presentadas respaldan la implementación de políticas organizacionales que promueven la actividad física como parte integral del entorno laboral. Al facilitar el acceso a programas de ejercicio supervisado, fomentar pausas activas y promover un estilo de vida saludable, las organizaciones pueden mitigar los efectos adversos del presentismo y contribuir a un equilibrio sostenible entre las demandas laborales y la salud de los empleados. Este enfoque integrador no solo beneficia a los trabajadores, sino que también refuerza la sostenibilidad y competitividad de las empresas en un mercado cada vez más dinámico y exigente.
